Hotel ICON and FCS is proud to present “i-Guest”, specifically designed as a guest self-service mobile portal that you can view the folio/account information, order hotel services and receive information about local attractions, restaurants, flight information, and etc. Upon reservation confirmation, or at check in, you can access i-Guest directly from your iPhones, iPads or iPod Touches, at any time and from anywhere.

Remarks: Apply to the iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch with iOS Version 5.0.1 or above.

•My Account - Check messages from the front desk office or listen to in-room voice messages remotely; view real time account/folio information
•Service Requests - Order hotel services from anywhere – not just from the guest room or even from outside the hotel
